Crisp. Light. Juicy. This beer was brewed in proud partnership with Detroit City Football Club and The Faithful of Detroit City. Dry-hopped with Lotus and Mosaic hops lend notes of citrus, berry and fruit, finishing with a mild bitterness.

16 ounce can into IPA glass, canned on 1/21/2020. Pours lightly hazy medium golden yellow color with a 2-3 finger dense and fluffy white head with amazing retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Thick foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas and flavors of big orange, grapefruit, mango, melon, berries, citrus peel/rind, peppercorn, pine, cracker, bread, and herbal/floral/grassy hops. Moderate pine, herbal, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Medium-high carbonation and light body; sticky hops and some grainy malts. Very crisp/clean finishing. Some lingering resins after the finish with no astringency. Zero warming alcohol as expected. Considering the age this was still really dank and fit the Mosaic/Lotus hop character great. Pretty refreshing 4.8% session IPA. Very easy drinking.

This is actually a Session. Not my preferred style of IPA but not a bad one. It's my first taste from Brew Detroit. I will try more. It is a typical session with a little fruitiness added.
