From tasting notes. Served in a snifter. L: It pours light hazy straw color with a 2” white foam collar with a very fine bead. S: Has a faint bready-banana aroma with a suggestion of orange and coriander. T: The flavors combine malt, bread and spice with a little banana in the background. F: It has the characteristic Witbier smoothness with a medium light body and medium to medium high carbonation. O: Refreshing and drinkable

Sampled this evening on 3/23/15. Bottle chilled down to 36 degrees F in my beer cooler and poured in a .3L "Das Boot".
Brew pours a a straw-yellow in color with lots of carbonation. A good 3-finger foamy white head is seen with a good amount of ring-like lacing aslo. Very surprised with the cap and lacing for this one. The aroma is of floral hops and grains for the most part. Pretty much is also said for the taste. Finishes slightly dry but very nice overall. Medium-bodied with good carbonation with all those bubbles but it works for this style of brew. Overall a tasty brew. Is this retired as stated? I think I had this one for a good year though but had no date on it.
