Poured from a 12 ounce bottle into a BrewDog cervoise glass.
4.25/4.75/3.5/4/3.5
Hazy, half-transparent yellow-brown with a nice finger of creamy head.
It smells really dank/herbaceous. Not a traditional weedy/American hop, but more earthy. But NOT English. Both, with a touch of bubblegum. Very pungent, it almost puts my nose out. A touch of garlic. Impressively interesting.
The bubblegum is present here as well, but not enough to mask the garlic and other herbs. Tastes like catty Simcoe sowed wild oats through Kent.
Crisp and vaguely metallic.
I'm no great lover of EPAs, but this is pretty good. God bless science and new hops.

Pours a light orange/amber color with an average sized white head. Bright, hoppy aroma made up of tropical and citrus fruit. Light fruity flavor, with the balance towards the hops, but some biscuity malt to back it up. Medium-light bodied and clean, with a slightly bitter/spicy finish.
The Jester hops used in this beer might come from England, but this beer is an American Pale Ale all the way, and a pretty tasty one at that.
