Notes / Commercial Description:
This one’s for the FANS! If there’s one thing that most of the NFC East can agree on, it’s that DALLAS SUCKS! Flavor forward, this brew was made for tailgating in parking lots, celebrating first downs and big hits, high-fiving friends and basking in the thrill of victory. This totally downable pale ale was brewed with our friends that bleed green at Jose Pistola’s!

Decent pale. Here goes:

A: Murky orange. Plenty of carbonation, and the head and lacing are decent. Alright, but doesn't look too appetizing.

S: Tropical fruits; very dank smell. Grapefruit, lemons, and orange. Somewhat bready, though; probably attributable to the yeast.

T: Follows the nose. Little bit of a funny aftertaste, though, and I think it may be from the yeast. Grapefruit and orange from the malt.

F: Alright.

O: A good beer. Nothing special, though

First of all, I'd like to state that, as a lifelong Redskins fan, I hate the Cowboys, and I think it's funny how much Eagles fans think they have the big rivalry with Dallas. Maybe more of the underdog state of mind that Philadelphia has?
Anyhow, I'm up for this beer just from name alone.
Pours hazy gold with big white head. Retention ain't great, but nice lace
Smells like honey and tropical fruit.
Some tea like flavors. Herbal, floral, citrus, honey. Hits a lot of notes, but nothing really stands out
Light, very drinkable!
Definitely one I could drink a few of over a Sunday afternoon watching the Cowboys choke

Decanted from a 12 oz (355 ml) can into a Kane Brewing snifter; no obvious production information.
A: Pours a hazy, dark amber color (orange highlights) with a three-quarter inch, off white head, low retention and modest, somewhat soapy lacing.
S: Transient aroma of citrus, but mostly caramel/molasses and canteloupe.
T: Palate almost all caramel and bread. Light, peppery bitterness with bitter aftertaste.
M: Medium bodied with somewhat low carbonation.
O: Love the concept, but the execution is really subpar. Drinkable, but just. Frankly, surprised by the consistently high ratings. Just not that impressed.

Received an extra in a trade today.

A - Poured into my Duvel tulip a crystal clear honey hue with a thin white head that fades to leave light wisps and a creamy halo.

S - Aromas of honey, malts, pineapple when I opened the can but nothing there in the glass, some sweeter stale hops, grassy. Smells like a super old APA. This on purpose?

T - Taste is similar to the nose. Sweet sticky malts, stale older hops, grassy, doughy. What is this?

M - Mouthfeel is decently carbonated, however, the body is quite thin.

O - Overall this an utter mess. Not sure if this is really, really old or what but it's simply not good.

NO can date
Pours a mild fizzy head that fades at a med pace, little lacing, hazy golden color

Nose light doughy malt, saison like malt gristy thing, raw bread dough, grassy citrus hops with lemony notes, weird fruity

Taste more weird flavors, fruity, doughy grainy malt, saison like malts and base, mild spices, grassy fruity citrus hop notes but barely, more lemony notes, good bitterness late at least

Mouth is med to lighter bod, tons of fizzy carb

Overall bleh, not very good, couldn't really even figure out what this beer was trying to do

Hazy amber color with a moderate head. The smell isn't terribly strong, but there's certainly some hints of pine and various citrus. The taste leads with citrus tones and some floral hints with a strong malty backbone. Really easy drinking beer. Go Birds.

for a 4.5, this is actually quite terrific. pale ale elements with a little hop bite and tang and a slight malt backbone. noticeably soft mouth feel (or maybe that was the gentle hop character). no off character in the aftertaste that I can detect. crush, crush, crush.

3/17/18...hazy, orange tinted copper. Presence of fluffy white foam, settling, but slowly. Bready and malty nose. Soft rind based bitter with orange and some malt. Light bodied, thin. Pokes bitter. Smooth through.
