A - On tap at Weyerbacher. Pitch black pour with thick, burnt toffee colored lacing, low to no carbonation. Very sticky and viscous on the sides of the glass.
S - Coffe is extremely light in the nose and dominated by maple, vanilla, and butterscotch.
T - Coffee, bourbon, vanilla, oak, some char and smokiness, maple, long lingering chocolate roast and bitterness and very dry on the back end. Very boozy. Complex and hits the the palate in waves.
M - Big and full bodied, silky, some booziness permeates up into the sinuses.
O - Weyerbacher's best beer to date and I actually like this one better than the regular Sunday AM Stout.

Pours super black with a brown colored head on top. Looks creamy till it settles into just s ring around the edge of the glass. The smell of the beer opens up a bit as it warms. It’s served a bit too cold so it’s best to let it warm up a bit but the nose really gives off a sweet maple note which is awesome. The taste also has a sweet maple-like flavor along with the typical vanilla coffee and spice notes from the barrel aging process it’s gone through. The feel of the beer is fully bodied for sure. Overall it’s a fantastic stout. If you get to try it you’re one of the lucky ones.
