This review is for the Belgian style Golden Ale, which I assume is what the Dubble is, the ABV% is 9.3 %.
AP: Slightly hazy golden color, minimal white head, light and bubbly and totally dissipates to almost nothing very quickly.
Nose: Sweet honey malt, herbal, zesty belgian yeast, green peppery hops.
Flavor: Rich herbalized malt, very peppery, zesty and sour yeast effect that domnates with the malt, then the garden-fresh green flavor of the hops becomes wonderfully bitter to finish.
Feel: Light to medium bodied, lively and zesty feel, very active and bouncy.
DA: Not too bad, 9.3% ABV is felt!
