Appearance: Pours an attractive opaque with a 2 finger brown crown that shows a touch of retention and some lace.
Smell: Nice profile of roast malt, coffee, bourbon, and a hint of vanilla.
Taste: Same as nose.
Mouthfeel: I filled the growler 3 hours ago and already it has lost the creaminess that was so nice fresh of the cask.
Drinkability: High despite the abv.
Much better than the bottle offering. Really glad I got to try this one.
