From Notes - On tap at the Copper Mine 8/11/11
Appearance: Pours a dull honey with caramel folds. The crown is white, minimal in size, minimal in retention, and minimal in lace.
Smell: Herbal hop profile with a touch of onions....summit hops perhaps?
Taste: Bitter up front with mild soapy notes, a bit of mustiness, and a bitter finish. The malt profile is moderately sweet and grainy.
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied with medium carbonation.
Overall: Fairly sessionable but lacks desirability.

On draft at Capone's in Philadelphia.
The beer is light orange hued with a white head and some random lacing. The aroma is hop forward, with some earthy notes. The hop profile is a bit sharp, and has an English character about it. The body is light to medium. Clean and easy drinking. Not my favorite hop profile. I would prefer less balance, and more citrus fruit flavors. A decent brew, and worth a try.
