Copper Rye IPA

All grown up from our small batch series, this American IPA style variant utilizes a portion of rye malt in addition to the traditional varieties of barley malt. Copper in color with a persistent white foam head. Moderate caramel, toast and light bread aromas and flavors are complemented by a subtle rye spice. Nugget hops establish a firm bittering component, while late additions of Amarillo, Nugget and Saaz provide accompanying citrus, herb and mild spice with a touch of noble character.
