This was a guest tap from their Middleton, WI location. Beer was poured in a standard pint glass.
Pale yellow with a 1 inch white head. Decent lacing. The nose was of flowery hops and unfortunately a bit of the smell you get from tap lines that need to be cleaned.
The taste would have been better if the taps lines were clean. This is the first time I have ever encountered this problem at this Brew Pub. You could tell the beer was delicately hopped in a Euro Pilsner type way. Just enough malts to keep things in balance. But, the beer suffered from the tap lines.
This also keeps the drinkability and mouthfeel a little lower than it should be. I will try this beer again and and re-rate is it is improved.
