Sampled 2/11/05 at Taylor. Arrives with a nice clear golden orange pour with a small white head sitting on top...strings of lacing form on the side of the glass. Nose has hints of grains, pale sweet malt and grassy, slightly citric hops.

First sip brings a clean pale malt that has a slight caramel tone along with big grassy, slightly lemony hops. There's a slight buttery undercurrent and overall it just doesn't hold up to my standards for an APA.

Smooth mouthfeel with nice carbonation, goes down easy and has good body to it. A pretty average pale ale overall, probably not one I'll be coming back to.
