Poured into pint.
Opaque black beer, good tan head, squeezing to a ring in minutes.
Smell - sourish, roasted, milk chocolate.
Taste - sourish, lack of hops.
Medium body, soft carbonation, looks stale and inappropriate to the style.
I suspect misfortune with the bottle, as previously tasted on-tap version was cool. And that beer proudly deserved 3.75 to 4.1

On tap at meat heaven restaurant Chuck, pours a deep black colour with a small brownish head. Aromas of roasted nut & malt. Tastes of dark chocolate, deep roast, and liquorice. Feel is very good with very little carbonation. Overall a very good stout.
