Pours a light golden color with a bit of head that quickly dissipates. A small amount of lacing on the glass. Smells of grassy hops and sweet malts with a bit of butter. Taste is identical to the aroma. Seems to be a bit acidic in the stomach. Mouthfeel is a bit lacking for me. Zesty carbonation and a pretty thin body. I would not classify this as a light lager, if anything it feels more like a german-style pilsner. Overall it's a decent brew but I certainly would not seek it out.

Can nabbed at an H-E-B for $1.79 for a single 12 oz.
Grassy hops and cheap 6-row dominate here, but it's medium-bodied and has more German leanings than most light lagers...I think they miscategorized it for marketing purposes, deliberately going after the macrolager crowd sensitive to the little guy.
Decent but not a standout beer in the Austin, TX market. I wouldn't knowingly revisit it, but yeah, you know, it'd pair well with pizza and all.
