Poured from a can into a pint glass
Appearance – The beer pours a clear golden color with a one finger head of puffy white foam. The ehad fades fast leaving but a trace of foamy lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma of the brew was strong of a grainy and bready smell mixed with aromas of caramel and a touch of herb.
Taste – The taste begins with a rather crisp cracker and bready malt mixed with a touch of caramel and some corn. As the taste advances these flavors remain strong, bring joined by a touch of hay and herb to leave a rather crisp taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the brew is light and crisp with a carbonation level that is medium to slightly higher. For the style the feel is great and makes for an easy sipper.
Overall – A rather easy drinking light style lager. Crisp and light, while still flavorful. Good for a warm summer day.
