Served from tap in a tumbler at the brewpub.
Taking on another MF brew with a classic rock reference, this time a white IPA. It pours a clear brass topped by a finger of lightly off-white foam. The nose comprises mixed greens, light coriander, and slightly wet grass. The taste brings in more of the same, the green-y bitterness decidedly overpowering what little bit of wheat-based spice can be perceived, a situation helped out by the addition of some light grapefruit rind. The body is a light medium, with a light moderate carbonation and a drying finish. Overall, a nice enough beer, nothing offensive, but the "whiteness" is barely there, leaving us with a passable IPA and questions.
