Moving on to another new offering here, this time a Baltic porter. Nice. It pours a bold midnight tawny topped by a finger of light khaki foam. The nose comprises cocoa powder, light cola, and mild roasted malts. The taste brings in more of the same, with an emphasis placed on the cola aspect of things, something you don't see too often these days (take that how you will). The body is a lithe medium, with a light moderate carbonation and a fluid feel. Overall, a pretty enjoyable Baltic porter, not quite my favorite example of the style, but definitely something to order here again.
