(Served in an American pint glass)
A- This beer has a light copper body with a thick perfectly creamy head that lasted and lasted. I think I could have cut the head with my spoon. The body was clear with no sign of carbonation.
S- This beer had a nice pine hop smell and a faint pale malt note in the background. The hops smelled very bright and fresh.
T- The taste of dry biscuit malt with a faint graham note has a slight pale malt sweetness to it. The taste of green pine hops has some nice bright flavors that give it a good taste. The bitterness in the finish is very smooth.
M- This beer has a medium-full mouthfeel and it feels very creamy like the head mixes with each sip.
D- This beer is a great beer and the mouthfeel and brightness of the hops make it really nice to drink 3 or 4 pints of in one sitting.
