(Served in an American pint glass)
A- This beer has a warm brown body with a thin head that last a good while. There is a smooth strong carbonation of tiny bubbles in this brew.
S- The smell has a light bitter hop note but as it warms there is notes of dry toast in the background.
T- The taste of light brown malt is quickly taken over by a dry pine noble hop finish. After the finish is when the bitterness really comes through and hangs on the tongue for a while. The bitterness is definitely hops but doesn't have much hop flavor.
M- This beer has a medium mouthfeel but the carbonation gives it more of a fullness in the finish of the body. That also helps boost the hop bitterness in the finish.
D- The noble hop flavor dominates but it would be nice if it had a bit more depth and the flavors are not real interesting. Good beer that could use a little tweaking.
