Served in a pint glass at Mickey Finn's
This beer pours a nice clear orange color with the thick white foam that is typical from nitro-poured beers. The smell of this beer is a nice balanced citrus and caramel on the nose with an orange blossom nose to tie it all together. The taste is almost more malty than it is hoppy, but the hops definitely shine through the palate. There is a distinct bitterness from the hops that is almost more prevalent than the actually flavor of the hops in the beer. This drinks pretty well, it's a solid IPA, but it is in no way comparable to the DIPA of a similar name.
