Served in a shaker pint glass at the brewpub.
Never saw a kellerbier coming, but I'm game. It pours a cloudy straw topped by over a finger of light-cream-white foam. The nose comprises light wheat, very light buttercream, and a squeeze or two of lemon. The taste brings in more of the same, with the wheat and citrus coming through a bit more powerfully (though not by all that much). The body is a hefty light, with a light moderate carbonation and a generally fluid feel. Overall, a fairly nice kellerbier, nothing overtly special, but something that's eminently drinkable.
