Very black with supple tan foam.
Mocha-chino aroma. Roasty with a chocolately undertow.
Taste follows suits. Roasted and chocolate maltiness upfront, fading into the oaty smoothness. Fleeting illusions of peanuts and molasses at varying points. Some touches of fruity yeast.
Fluffy, full bodied with bundled-up carbonation.
A textbook, by-the-numbers oatmeal stout. But a damn well made one. Looks like Mickey Finn's knows what they are doing when it comes to stouts.
