Served in a snifter at the brewpub.
In their words, this beer is "named after what it will do to your legs if you have more than two". Gotta love it. It pours a mostly clear sunset copper-amber topped by a finger of off-cream foam. The nose comprises mild candied orange peel, toffee, a hint of Connecticut tobacco, light wild rice, and a few piercings of cocoa here and there. The taste brings in more of the same, along with some veins of dark greens and a sprinkling of random spices. The body is a solid medium, with a light moderate carbonation and a sorta/kinda drying finish. Overall, a nice enough b-wine, but the flavors just never come together all that cooperatively. Instead, the orange peel, the toffee, and the rest compete for attention, making each sip a bit of a chore. That said, it's not all bad, just not something to get immensely excited about.
