Lonesome Valley Brewing

Small storefront brewpub in a shopping plaza east of Prescott. Small U-shaped bar to the left of the entrance seats 8, with a few tables about the room and a small patio along the right side of the building. 11 beers on tap, their IPA was uninspiring. Friendly bartenders. I did not try the food, but it smelt good...

 

 

With many breweries popping up, I have the same thing to say about many of the newer and smaller ones I've tried. "Just because you can make a decent homebrew does not mean you should open a brewery." That is not to say that there aren't many great small breweries, because there are. This is just not one of them. I've made better tasting homebrews. Almost every beer I tried had an off flavor in the finish. To be honest I would not recommend this brewery to people who like good beer.
