Dark glowing red/autumn amber with not much of a head to speak of. After-all this is a cask-conditioned beer, and an ice-bock beer as well. Anyway, this is Tom's Iced version of the Stickenjab and it is damn nice. The aromas were probably the least pronounced for this brew when compared to the other four iced brews on tap, but this one still had a nice malty aroma with a bit of nutty alcohol in the nose as well. The taste of this beer was good, but very similar to the stickenjab. I will say that this one was a bit boozier than the regular stickenjab, and the nuttiness/hoppiness did not come through in the flavor as much, imho. The mouthfeel was good from the cask, lending a great deal of drinkaiblity to this interesting, one off (?) brew. I'm really glad I got the chance to try this one. Thanks Tom and Peggy.
