"Tom can't hurt the hammer". This is what they say, and in my experience it is most certainly the truth. This iced version of the Hammer is just ridiculously good. Dark black, nearly opaque in colour with a small head that dies oh-so-quickly. The aromas are intense! Roasted malts, chocolate, coffee, dark fruits, and more. This is like the regular hammer on steroids. The taste is so smooth and wonderful. roasted malts, chocolate, caramel, and even some vanilla dance across my tongue whilst sipping this sipper. The mouthfeel is nice, mouth coating, and palate-loving and the drinkability is only hurt by the sheer intensity of the flavors in this brew, and the high alcohol content.
