On draft at TDR's goodbye to Heavyweight...
Appears a hazy orange with a small white head that quickly fades out into a thin collar. Spotty lacings is left around the glass.
Smell is naturally doughy with hints of rye, hoppy citrus, light caramel, and sugar.
Taste is pretty remarkable for only being comprised of leftover ingredients, along with a bread yeast. I only got a hint of the rye and caraway seed in the flavor but this one is a nice blend of the aromas.
Mouthfeel is sugary, smooth, sweet, citrusy, and slightly dry.

A: Murky orange and brown.
S: Peppery orange peel
T: Field apples and rye seed. Sweet fruits and spicy hops with some clove notes.
M: Slightly watery slick mouthfeel
D: Easy to drink, smooth and refreshing.
Overall an interesting and complex brew. Full of flavors and character not typically found in most beer styles.
