On tap at TDR's goodbye to Heavyweight...
Appears a hazy orange toned amber with a small white head that quickly fades out into a small collar. Little speckles of lacing are left aroundthe glass.
Smell is bready, starchy, sugary, with pils malt, and light caramel.
Taste is of the same aromas. This is a very different beer with a nice mix of sugary, bready flavors that seem to come together in a odd but enjoyable mix.
Mouthfeel is smooth, medium bodied, and caramel sweet. Not bad at all considering this one was done with wild rice and some other odd-ball ingredients. I'm looking forward to Tom's next project!
