Had the pleasure of stopping in to Black Swan for a couple refreshments.
Nice little place with very pleasant people.
This beer was serves to me fresh from the keg onsite at the brewery. Temperature was at around 4-5 degree C ( so low 40s). Served in a pint glass.
A: Gorgeous cloudy pale orange hue. Decent head that left long lace on the glass.
S: The aromas didn't jump out of the glass but were lightly tempered with citrus notes of a dry hopped Galaxy.
T: Best part of this beer was its taste. Well round resinous citrus notes that don't punch you in the mouth and relaxed malts that play a great supporting role. Not too much residual sweetness. Balanced acidity with a satisfying finish that makes you want another sip.
M: Full beer beer with a generous yet paced mouthfeel.
O: It's my style of beer done the way I like it.
