Pinkish and cloudy with very little whitish head.
Smells acidic, funky and of Brett.
The taste is sour with a dry, green herbal note, slightly fruity like an unripe nectarine.
Acidic, dry body with a clean finish.
Had on tap at Abe Erb in Waterloo, Jan 21st, 2018. Really well done brew, this was my favourite of the ones we tried on tap that night.
