Served on tap in a pint
Appearance β The beer is served a super hazy golden amber color with a one finger head of white foam. The head has a moderate level of retention, fading to leave a lighter level of foamy lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell βThe aroma of the brew are light overall, with the strongest of more cracker smell mixed with a decent sum of yeastiness. Along with these aromas comes some hints of a citrus hop as well as a little bit of a grainy smell.
Taste-The taste begins with slightly drier wheat taste mixed with a good sum of yeastiness. As the taste advances a little bit of citrus fruity sweetness comes to the tongue all while more and more graininess comes to the flavor. At the end, the taste dries out a bit and leaves a very yeasty, more grainy, cracker, and lightly citrus flavor to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel β The body of the brew is on the slightly thinner side with a carbonation level that is rather high. For the cracker and yeast, as well as the light citrus flavor, the feel is rather nice and creates an easy sipper.
Overall β A rather yeasty and grainy but refreshing and enjoyable brew overall.
