dark in color but somewhat transparent to light, brown with amber hues, very mild raw grainy smell with hints of slightly toasted caramel. flavor is caramel and biscuity but more... not carbonation, no spice i can identify but maybe something in there or maybe it's beauty is it's simplicity. drinks easy but a pleasure to sip. this beer makes me want to be a better taster

Pours at the brewery.
Light fizzy head, decent lighter lacing, very dark mahogany slight ruby light.
Nose complex, little biscuity chocolate, wafer cookie, toffee touch of caramel, hint roasty, very grainy biscuity cereal.
Taste is interesting but light, nice flavours, again loaded with biscuit and toffee, candy note caramel thing, with faint touch of cocoa and roast in the way background, then a nice hoppy character, grassy slight spicy, little herbal. Finish is dry and light, fair bitterness, lingering herbal hop and light biscuit.
Mouth is lighter bod, I know it's supposed be light but this still feels thin even for a mild, decent carb.
Overall ok, I love a good mild, and this has some decent flavours, nice character for being a light beer, but just seems thin even for a mild.
