An orange brown color on the pour with little head out of the growler. Smell is interesting. Nothing really sticks out. Floral notes for sure. Taste is muddled, honey suckle? Feel is smooth and enjoyable. A good beer.

Pour at the brewery.
Light creamy head, little lacing, hazy apple juice brown color.
Nose is def unique, a tangy weird grainy biscuity yeast ester profile, lots of weird fruity esters, bready, smells kinda like a bad homebrew unfortunately, with little tartness.
Taste brings decent Belgian characters, nice Belgian strong ale like esters, fruity apple pear and biscuity notes, bready, with some hot phenols, doughy yeast as well, with little grainy toasty malt. Faint floral hops with little earthiness. A little golden raisin apple mix late, and plenty of spices from the yeast, a cinnamon allspice and more. Finish is a little dry but very sticky, I swear there is a little warming booze with the phenols despite only being 5.8%, with more doughy toasty malts, and plenty of fruity esters with herbal spices and slight earthy hop lingering.
Mouth is med bod, decent but lighter carb, seems like a touch of warming booze.
Overall a letdown for sure. I don't think they used the right type of Belgian yeast, or at least the wrong fermentation temp and time, and hops don't help. Also prob not attenuated enough.
