Canned 9/13/18
Pours a mild fizzy head that fades semi quickly, but somehow retains well, no real lacing, hazy honey orange color
Nose brings some mild citrus like tangerine, clementine, almost apricot like, a touch grassy and herbal, some creamy malts
Taste more malts out front, creamy malt wheat and bread dough like, then hops kick in quickly, tangerine citrus out front, a bit of the mineral water treatment as well I think they went too much on the gypsum or CaCl or another mineral in the water, hops turn grassy a little herbal, mandarin orange as well late, and a little bitterness but not a ton, then a little spicy hop bitterness late and mild astringency
Mouth is med bod, plenty of fizzy carbonation almost distracting, a touch soft but not much
Overall eh, hop is a fun hop to try but I feel like the base beer and execution leaves something to be desired.
