Ruction utilizes Azacca, Chinook, and Columbus to impart distinctly piney, resinous, dank tropical flavors alongside a firm bitterness.

Served on tap at a restaurant.

Appearance: bright copper, light haze, mild lacing

Aroma: fresh pine

Taste: light tropical flavors quickly giving in to moderate bitterness and a dry finish with piney aftertaste.

Mouthfeel: about average for this type of IPA, served slightly over-carbed and a little too cold.

Overall a little remenistent of a couple of Alpine's (So. Cal) offerings.

On tap at Country Mile in Watertown b/c stout keg kicked. Amber and clear, wasn't expecting to love. But it's good! Piney bitterness but drinkable.

Growler
Very little head little foamy head with light lacing, hazy golden orange thing.

Nose light grassy earthy hops, weird esters, mild herbal musty hop, little weird fruity thing too, like it has characters it wants to but weirder version, little dankness.

Taste brings grainy doughy malts, cracker but sweet little syrupy, esters, weird mineral notes, like limestone chalk. Hops are spicy herbal, big earthy herbaceous hops, very bitter, but not chewy. Finish bitter hops sticky malts, little earthy herbal.

Mouth is med bod, decent carb, little syrupy.

Overall ok, meh.
