This well-balanced hoppy concoction prominently features El Dorado hops and is rightfully named in honor of the lost "Hidden City", lending distinct tropical, stone fruit character, while Mosaic and Citra provide a solid background of citrus and herbal notes.. Finishes dry and crisp.
Hops: El Dorado, Mosaic, Citra
Grains: 2-row Crystal 35, Pale Wheat, Carafoam. Chico Yeast

Quite well done! As most of the beers are from this Hudson microbrewery.
Cloudy golden color with a 3F head in a Spielgelau IPA glass.
Aroma: not strong, citrus and pine.
MF: Very smooth, almost creamy.
Taste: pine, citrus. Excellent beer to check out.

16 oz can into IPA glass. Dated 11/8/18.
Look cloudy golden orange-ish. Smell is tropical fruit, citrus. Taste follows nose and has a little vanilla feel in there. Feel is light/medium and easy. Overall very nice and a little different. I would drink this again. Worth the drink.

Great deep golden color with an ample amount of slightly off-white head. Aroma is very citrusy and has the essences of fresh hops; dank !. Taste is full of citrus and a great balance of citrus and slightly bitter hops

From a 16oz can, dated 01/18/18. Served in a spiegelau-style IPA glass.
Pours a moderately hazy, dull, burnished copper colour with two-plus fingers of soft, tight, creamy head. Retention is very good and leaves scattered wads of sticky lacing.
Smells of toasted biscuit, tea and orange rinds.
Taste follows the nose pretty exactly, malty with toast and tea, some orange, a little pineapple. Sweet earthy maltiness with decent bitterness, finishes with more tea, a little tacky citrus and, oddly enough, steamed clams.
Feel is smooth and medium-plus bodied with good carbonation.
Overall, meh. Decent enough but I probably wouldn't have it again, at least not out of a can. I had it on draught at the taproom and it was a totally different beer, lighter in appearance and mouthfeel, hoppier in the aroma and taste. So, I don't know what's up with that.

Light amber color with a modest haze. Little head. Good 20% lace coming from a mixture of spots and steaks.
Strong weedy smell. Despite the darker color, I don't get any toasted malt aromas, just a bit of malted sweetness.
Mostly dry with a strong bitter finish. Moderate body and carbonation. The initial flavor is lightly toasted malt. There's a fruitiness and a bitterness in the swallow with a long bitter aftertaste.

Had on tap. Pours clear, gold in color with 1/4 inch head. Taste is big fruit: mango, lemon, and melon. Slightly bitter, medium bodied with moderate carbonation..Very juicy. Makes for a very tasty New England style IPA. Great first beer from Medusa. Has me curious to try more.

On-tap 5/2/2017 at Flynn’s in Mansfield, MA, served in a tapered pint glass.
A: The beer is a bright orange/amber color, with a short off-white head that fades slowly and leaves a thick lace on the glass.
S: The aroma contains fruity citrus like tangerine and others, floral hops and caramelized malts.
T: The taste starts out sweet with flavors of tangerine, other citrus fruits and caramel. Then a strong floral hops bitterness comes in. The malt character is hearty but not too heavy and brings a very good balance. The after-taste is slightly sweet and slightly hoppy.
M: Crisp and smooth, medium body, medium carbonation, finish is slightly sticky.
O: Very tasty, goes down quite easily, not too filling, decent kick, very good representation of style, this is a very solid IPA to drink for a long time.
