Can pour. Golden hue, fluffy white head, thick lacing. Floral nose. Notes of honey and lemon, and then you taste that its dry hopped. It's a very herbal finish that I'm sure isn't for everyone, but IS for me, a guy who likes IPAs and doesn't usually like pilsners much. I'm delighted!

On tap at Tavern on the Square in Lowell.
Mostly clear deep gold color with a creamy white head that persists. Earthy grassy floral hop nose bready crackery malt and bits of astringency. Not horrible but some flaws.

A: crystal clear; pale gold in color; 1 finger finely pored white head that receded to a wispy cap; nice lacing;
S: light malt and a hit of hop spice;
T: follows the nose through the middle, then adds in a slightly harsh herbal note; moderate bitterness at the end;;
M: medium bodied; moderate carbonation; moderately dry finish;
O: because of the harsh herbal note, this isn't refreshing or smooth;

3000th beer rating!!!
16 oz can dated 04/01/25
Pours foggy hazy yellow gold with a dense lasting creamy white foam head. Smells like rich sweet honeycomb, biscuity bready crackery malt, subtle apple, pear, lemony orange citrus marmalade, some spice, and floral earthy herbal grassy hops. Tastes like honeyed rich grains, lightly toasty biscuity bready crackery malts, subtle apple, pear, mild lemony orange citrus, some tobacco spice, with floral earthy herbal grassy hops. Feels medium bodied, thick, creamy with smooth moderate carbonation. Overall a really nice Bohemian-style Pilsner.

This one is pleasant across the board. Not sure how it garnered a "gold medal" in the Czech Pilsner style, but I'll take their word for it. Well-rounded with a uniquely rice-like quality to the initial malt flavor along with its slight dryness. Blind, I'd say it was a rice lager.

Poured from a can into a pint glass
Appearance - The beer pours a lightly hazed golden color with a small head of white foam. The head fades fast leaving a light level of lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell - The aroma is strongest of a biscuit and bready smell mixed with notes of grain and hay. Along with these smells comes some light harvest fruit and caramel sweetness.
Taste - The taste begins with a cracker and biscuit flavor with notes of dough and caramel. There is also some light herbal and floral notes as well as some citrus of lemon and grapefruit. These tastes take the taste to the end and leave one with a rather easy natured taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel - The body is moderate in thickness and carbonation. Decent for the style and the taste and rather easy drinking.
Overall- An OK pilsner. Nothing too special, but enjoyable none the less.

The pour was slightly hazy straw color with a huge, frothy white head. The head slowly falls to an eighth inch cap leaving a lot of residue on the glass.
Smell is of sweet crackery/biscuity malts, earthy/floral/grassy noble hops. There's a slight kinda raw grain note that seems out of place. It is a little hop forward but not much.
The flavor is slightly sweet biscuity malt - more than the nose would suggest. The hops come to play quickly - floral, earthy, grassy, a little bit of lemon. Pretty decent bitter hit that fits the style. I get just a touch of mint aromatic and some peppery spice on the finish. Pleasantly hopped with some balancing bitterness.
It's medium bodied, clean and crisp with a nice lingering aromatic hops flavors.
It's a very nice-drinking beer. It's maybe a bit hop- heavy but the hops don't dominate.

The pour was nearly transparent yellow amber with a nice nearly white head.
The aroma was lost on my Covid damaged nose.
The taste was alternating between sweet malts and floral hops, which I thought curious but didn’t find off putting. It definitely tasted more Pilsner like when the hops were prominent.
The feel was excellent, clean and crisp, I could certainly see slamming a few of these on occasion.
Good Pilsner, not sure I’d call it great but maybe because it was canned a year ago.

On tap at Tres Gatos in Boston, MA
This one pours a mostly clear dark orange-ish color, with a small head, and not much lacing.
This smells mostly like sweet malt – not exactly what I want from this style.
This is not offensive by any means, but it just doesn’t have that crisp bite that I want from a good pilsners. It’s a little bit grainy and sweet, with very little hop character overall.
This is light bodied, and pretty smooth, with a good drinkability.
This was entirely forgettable.

Hardly any head on my draft pint. Clear and inviting goldenrod yellow.
Biscuity malt in the smell.
Clean, refreshing taste. Malt becomes a quiet support, a couple of different kinds of bitter take turns, with a somewhat herbal lingering bitter note.
Clean and refreshing feel, hops linger in the mouth. Low carbonation.
Overall I like this a lot. Has everything I like in a pilsner (which is bitterness, apparently), balanced and executed well.
