Shared a growler out in The 'Zebo today with daughter Caitlin, who procured this from the brewery in late January....
Poured a clear, vibrant, rich golden color....had steady, tight carbo aggressively heading topside...Sitting above was a 1/4" layer of fine, marshmallow-white suds... ebbed down to a thin covering layer, with nice lace left behind. Aroma was crackery and biscuity, with pear and green apple notes present. Body was a decnt medium, with a smidge of prickle on the tongue.
Taste was also crackery, suggesting Pilsner malts....more green apple and pear came forth, along with a hint of lemon-zest. The finish was dry and crisp, with intimations of spicy pepper, though mild and restrained. Solid all-in-all! Cheers!

Light and refreshing for a Belgian pale ale. Had this at the brewery. Summery and masks the booze well. Wish they had it for sale...would have brought some home
