draft at evivva in Marlborough
Nice creamy foamy head, good lacing, mostly clear auburn brown colour
Nose sweet toasted brown malts, caramel, sugar syrup, fruity hops like a strange berry tree fruit and bit of stone fruit
Taste sweet malts almost like sugar or syrup added, toasted reddish biscuity malts, bready whole grain, hops are fairly bitter, little spicy and earthy, fruity generic fruit, tree fruit. Mild sticky finish, fair bitterness lingering
Mouth is med bod, little syrupy, lighter carb
Overall an interesting beer, not sure I would get it again, just a strange combination
