An outstanding brown ale from Medusa. It pours dark, almost black, and the nose is roastier and fuller than one might expect for a beer with such a moderate ABV. The flavor matches the nose, with a little caramel sweetness balanced by a touch of hop bitterness and some burnt roasty notes at the end. Great fresh yeast flavor in this beer as well - I enjoyed how fresh it tasted (canned about 7 weeks before drinking). Medusa is knocking everything out of the park.
