From the Medusa website: "This kettle sour was built from German Pilsner and wheat malts and dosed with a Lactobacillus culture to develop sourness overnight in the kettle. Then, during fermentation, we added a ton of pureed passionfruit for a result that's pleasantly tart, contrasting with a rush of tropical fruit character. "
