Pint can dated 6/6/19. Nice translucent amber orange with a head that leaves lacing. Aroma is a little fruity, like a broken cherry branch. Taste is like the aroma, with some grassy herbal notes. Feel is good, modest carbonation. Overall, this was a solid American IPA with a well defined flavor - so I now have a better idea of what Cascade hops are like.

Fresh! Canned a week ago.
Cloudy honey color, 3F head, Spiegelau IPA glass.
Grassy, fruity , earthy, citrus, cherry aroma.
Relatively smooth MF. Light lager MF and aroma. Cascade is used in lagers.
Intense taste: cherry, fruit, citrus, earthy.
Mild hoppy finish.
Really enjoy the beers from Medusa.

This is the best IPA I've had from Medusa. Extremely hazy NEIPA. Smooth and lupulin-forward. Maybe not world class, but I'll drink it any day!

from a growler to a beer tulip
look; pale yellowy golden, some head and good lacing, visible medium sized bubbles, moderate carbonation
smell; Hops! cascade hops, melonpassionfruitcitruslemon... tiny hint of barnyard, very enticing
taste; so much more of the same (see smell)... exactly the same
feel; a little more carbonation than i like, but just a little.
overall; absolutely delicious fresh cascade hoppy joy. i think if you pull back the carbonation the tiniest bit the taste, feel and overall numbers go up but the smell may or may not lose .25 of a point

From the Medusa website: The latest release in our series of single-hop Pale Ales features the legendary American hop Cascade, known for its floral and citrus/grapefruit character. This time we've utilized 100% Massachusetts-grown Cascade from our friends at Four Star Farms in Northfield, MA
Drank a 5 oz pour at the brewery; this beer is ridiculously excellent; a fine version of the New England hoppy style with lots of hop forward citrus juiciness without any bitterness at all; should become a regular in the rotation
