Pours a small fizzy tan head with no real retention, jet black beer with decent legs
Nose brings some chocolate, fudge, plenty of vanilla, mild baking spices and a touch of cookie dough, fudge brownie, a hint nutty, a bit of roast
Taste starts with lush creamy chocolate, cocoa and fudge brownie, a bit of roasted malt, lush chocolate ganache, nougat, baking spices, a bit of cookie dough, plenty of vanilla, a bit of bitterness from the roast and touch of spicy hop, very mild bourbon notes, a bit of barrel, vanilla chocolate milk, drier finish, a bit more spicy hop bitterness, a bit of warming alcohol
Mouth is fuller bod, a bit creamy lush, med carb, a bit of warming alcohol
Overall pretty nice imperial stout with vanilla, just didn't get a ton of bourbon barrel
