First had poured from 1/2-growler into goblet. The first of the brewery's planned Mississippi Wild Ale Series, this interesting "Dark Sour Ale"--a true sour, brewed with raspberries, and aged in French oak Cabernet Sauvignon barrels from the Biltmore winery--looks like a Dubbel but bites like a Framboise Lambic.
