Natchez Kettle Sour Series Strawberry has a thin, off-white head, a hazy, bubbly, golden appearance, with powdery sediment and minimal glass lacing. It becomes murky, after the "swish & pour" loosens the caked sediment. Aroma is faint, but one can detect pale malt and strawberry. The taste is of tart, sour juice, pale malt, some sour cream, and white bread. Mouthfeel is medium, and Natchez Strawberry finishes tart and dry.
