Slightly hazy light gold color with white cap and lacing.
Clean, tart scent of wild flowers and green watermelon rind.
Taste upfront is sharply tart but not puckeringly so quickly followed by muted but flavorful fruit. Brewer says passion fruit, orange and guava. All I can say is it's refreshingly tart and mildly sweet in a balanced way. I don't pick out the individual fruit flavors as such because they are so well blended.
Light texture with balancing carbonation.
A rather light, tastefully mild Berliner Weisse which lets the flavoring agents shine.

Had POG poured from 12-oz. bottle into chalice.
This Berliner Weisse doesn’t stint on the tartness before delivering the POG funk, and closes with a nice drying cracker finish.
