Lighter shade of yellow gold color with white cap.
Aroma of fresh, ripe raspberries. That's about it but it's pleasant.
Taste is somewhat tart, slightly sweet Raspberry that touches but does not linger on the tart or sweet aspects. The Raspberry has a clean, natural flavor that sits nicely on the wheat beer base. A simple, fruity, Summer beer.
Light to medium texture with balancing carbonation.
As near as I can tell Natchez Brewing has a base Berliner Weiss used for their fruit flavored and sour beers. It's a mild yet solid wheat brew that serves the purpose.

BOTTLE:
Tastes about as artificial as they come, evoking dollar store imitation raspberry extract/ersatz raspberry fruit puree.
Sourness is minimal and lacks any bacterial complexity whatsoever. Acidity is limited. Even lacks a fresh wheat backbone.
One of the saddest attempts at a Berliner weisse I've ever tried.
Maybe brewing isn't for them?
D / AVOID
