Japanese style rice lager brewed with the lightest German pilsner malt, puffed jasmine rice and toasted rice flakes, for its unique floral nose and familiar Japanese lager taste.

Had Hikari at the Natchez Brewing taproom on draft into contoured pilsner glass.
Pours very pale straw with clarity with 1-finger near-white, tight head, which soon drops to a persistent film, leaving some sketchy lace down the glass. Floral and sweet grain aromas off pour, then mild herbal and spice aroma. On tasting, begins smooth and creamy, with a little herbal bite, and sweet malt, all nicely carbonated, with the herbal bite growing into a nicely crisp finish.
Beautifully pale rice lager, floral and creamy, but without fruity distraction.
