This is our very first BA release and we universally agree it's the best beer we've done to date. It's a very thick 12% stout aged in Buffalo Trace Barrels with cinnamon, vanilla, espresso, maple, and cacao nibs added at different times.

Most important thing I can say about this is that the nuances of both cocoa nibs and cinnamon play very well against what I would call a thin, hot backdrop that is a little creamy, decent coffee thing happening

Color is a dark roasted coffee brown
Smell is coffee, maple, vanilla, and bacon!
Taste is sweet maple and coffee up front followed by some brown sugar and a bit of bacon saltiness..yup this is definitely a breakfast stout
Low carbonation
Mouthfeel is full
