Full bodied, velvety smooth, and almost thick without being heavy. The richest chocolate flavor I have ever had in a beer, with some coffee in the background. The chocolate is definitely the most prominent here though. Like a rich glass of chocolate milk with some coffee tossed in. Very tasty, and while not overly sweet, this would be a one and done per sitting as the sweetness accumulates the further you go. More a desert beer than anything.
