Appearance - As a stout should, the beer poured blacked in color with a mocha colored head.
Smell - The beer had a light cinnamon nose, though it was not very intense.
Taste - The beer had a nice cinnamon profile, but lack sweetness. It was seemed like cinnamon in front of char. If it was supposed to be bready, the bread was burned. There char lingered in back.
Mouthfeel - The beer had a nice body; there was low carbonation and thickness.
Overall - I wanted more than cinnamon in this beer.
